Material quantities, dimensions, specifications, pricing, and included components may vary depending on location, engineering requirements, code requirements, supplier availability, and customization requests.

All listed prices are estimated starting prices and may be adjusted based on project complexity, upgrades, freight costs, engineering requirements, or customer-requested modifications.

Interior walls, room layouts, and interior framing configurations are not automatically included with all package purchases unless specifically identified as part of the selected building package or purchased design.

Many concept renderings, floor plans, and product images are intended for inspiration and may represent suggested layouts only.

If a customer chooses to purchase a building package exactly as shown, interior walls and room layouts may be included as specified in the package description. Otherwise, interior configurations may be excluded from standard material quantities and package pricing until final design selections are made.

Final interior framing quantities, room dimensions, and layout configurations may affect material quantities and overall pricing.

Exterior colors shown in renderings, concept images, and online listings are intended for visual representation only. Final roof, siding, trim, window, and accent color selections will be reviewed and verified with the customer prior to production and material ordering.

Customers will have the opportunity to confirm final color selections and discuss available options before manufacturing begins. Color availability may vary based on supplier inventory and product availability. Once colors are approved and materials have been ordered or placed into production, changes may result in additional costs and delays.

Prefab-Barndominiums.com understands every customer has different needs, preferences, property conditions, and project goals. Because of this, many designs can be modified or customized before production begins.

Customization services may include but are not limited to:

• Building length and width modifications
• Wall height changes
• Roof pitch modifications
• Window and door adjustments
• Porch additions or changes
• Garage additions or modifications
• Interior room layout changes
• Bedroom and bathroom modifications
• Exterior material changes
• Custom color selections
• Specialty design requests

Design changes, custom requests, engineering revisions, and structural modifications may result in additional design fees, material adjustments, engineering costs, and timeline changes.

Final specifications will be reviewed and approved before production begins.

Digital Products

Due to the downloadable nature of digital products, concept packages, design documents, order guides, and downloadable content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.

Material Packages

Deposits made toward material package purchases are used for project administration, estimating, design review, scheduling, and supplier coordination.

Deposits may be refundable only if:

• Material ordering has not begun
• Engineering has not begun
• Production has not begun
• No custom work has been initiated

If manufacturing, engineering, customization, or ordering activities have started, deposits may become partially or fully non-refundable.

Custom fabricated items, engineered products, special-order materials, windows, doors, roof systems, wall panels, trusses, and customized products are non-refundable once ordered or placed into production.

Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to:

Prefab-Barndominiums.com is not responsible for delays outside of our direct control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate jobsite access for delivery vehicles and unloading equipment.

• Ohio
• Pennsylvania
• Kentucky

We also maintain relationships with contractors and builders in multiple states and may assist customers outside our immediate service areas.

Builder availability may vary by location.

All designs, floor plans, renderings, images, concepts, building layouts, specifications, package information, digital products, website content, and associated materials created or provided by Prefab-Barndominiums.com are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchase of a product, package, download, concept design, or material package does not transfer ownership rights, reproduction rights, or intellectual property rights to the customer.

Customers may use purchased materials solely for their individual project as approved through Prefab-Barndominiums.com.

The following actions are prohibited without written authorization:

• Reproducing designs for resale
• Distributing purchased digital content
• Copying or duplicating floor plans
• Sharing downloadable products publicly
• Selling, licensing, or redistributing designs
• Using designs for commercial reproduction purposes
• Altering or reproducing protected materials for resale
